Big patches, mods, packs upload to torrent.

I don't understand why don't anyone upload himself made patch, or mod (like CEP 2010) to torrent (like kat.ph or else torrent site).
I think it is much easier to compress BIG Patch ingredients to a RAR archive, and then upload to torrent site.
And i think if big patches will be downloadable with a torrent, then it will be much faster ;)
