go to fifa 2004 main folder then data then cmn delete the the two cfg medium level and low level files and leave the cfg h

Nah its ok, but u should actually open those files and edit the stuff you want, comprimise with your frame rate

I have an AMD Athlon XP 1600+ 1.4 GHz, 496 MB RAM, and a GeForce 4 graphics card. Will I be okay if I do this?

On mine the resolution was very low and then I made it very high (on the highest setting). The graphics seemed better and the score and time was a lot smaller. Did this actually help or am I experiencing the placebo effect?

in the high level file change the fps to 50 and framrate to 80,000 it doesnt matter if u havent got a good graphics card neither

if u got a high speed computer use the cfg_h file the h is for high and if u got a medium use the cfg_m and put the poly/frame to 50,000 and fps to 20 and dont use the low one
