In the last image with Di Maria, the "i" in Maria is not displayed.
I dont know if you are aware of this, but I will tell you nonetheless.

Slim, two issues:
1. I noticed on the screens that Di Maria's backname is written with missed letter 'i'. Fix it if you can, please.
2. I think I'm too late, but... I made the Icelandic league two weeks ago, so you can add some Icelandic teams to your patch (in the 'Rest of World' section, I mean).

SSL, there are some promoted teams in MWMod 3.8 and up (but only for default leagues).
