best way to up sponser funds

what is the best way to get more sponser funds so it can cover most of ny salary each game

i played with a 1/2 star team and got them to premiership where they were a 4 star team, but my sponser would still only give ****all money, i have 2 pages of players and somemore all 65+ in reserves and my good players where about 80+

but still my sponser funds for each game where only like 40k when my salary was like 500k+ i struggle to make any money and would just like to know what is a good way to finish a season and actually find a sponser who would give a fair amount of money each game

Not wishing to be a wiseacre but you are paying your players too much. My fifth season Wycombe team fits the above description almost perfectly, and I'm paying a whisker less than 125K per game in wages.

maybe i have reduced their salarys down pretty low, but maybe not low enough
