Uh.. yes you can. I had the option of either celtic or rangers and I ain't done anything.

On the subject, I did a season with a 3rd div club (kidderminster) and after that season had finished I was a 2 star manager which was enough for me to sign with Chelsea. Shorter leagues are good for zooming through a season but the downfall is you don't get the 'manager experience'.

EA should have made that an unlockable feature .. oh well..

Carlos*ie, yes you can play with Celtic.
When you switch regions while looking at the teams that you can pick (at the beginning of your career), the teams change slightly.
You can go to the British region and Celtic won't be there, but if you go to say the Iberian region or American region and then go back to the British region, the teams that are available will be slightly different, and eventually, if you keep searching, Celtic WILL be available.
Sometimes Celtic is available right away, sometimes it takes quite a bit of patience.
And this works throughout your career at the end of seasons, every time you have the option of changing squads.
