after playing this game a lot of hours i must say that this
game is the best soccer game!
i think that the game is far away from PES/WE series so i would like to thanks EA people for this great job(H)

that someone must tell for this game
i tried to play PES 4 again and the game seems soooo arcade becouse it is too easy to knock out the defenders and it is not like real football

this is just my opinion.

dude the game is good, I must say is better than Fifa05 but still PES blows it away. I think if EA tries they can actually make a good fifa 06

Please someone tell me, is the midfield allowed to play in this game and chase the ball as it cannot do it FIFA05, and does the defenders still run around the attacker who has got the ball before you get control of them?

I have. But I find it only a minor improvement from FIfa. They still need to fix major gameplay faults if they dream of overiding PES4 as the bst foot ball simulation game. ;)

i just love the gameplay

i want other improvements like these:
options menu (the fictures/tables are mising in the season!)
strategy/team options of my team (i like the pes4 on that)
i want back radar
i dont want the 16:9 wide screen mode
i want to save a replay with a name i want
i want more FPS (frame per second) becouse i have an athlon 2.4, 515MB RAM and a MSI geforce 6600 TD 128 using resolution 800x600 and the latest drivers and the game is not as smoother as i would like (like pes4).the game need a better graphic engine.

It´s true that Uefa has the best game play ever.

Too bad the rest of the game sucks though. Too few teams, too few options.
And the season mode...don´t even get me started. I was off to a great run in the campions league, but got fired because I did not manage to launcg 15 shots on my opponent in a game.

Whoever came up with this idea for a career should look for a new day job, because he obviosly have no idea about what fans want from their games.

The black bars and some of the season/ career mode, may be suspect ...
But the gameplay & graphics are BETTER THAN PES4 ...

Well I'm pleasantly surprised. I have justed played it for the 1st time and my main complaints with Fifa 2005 (midfield and scripting) seem much much improved. The surprise is pleasant but I'm disappointed that this isnt FIFA 2005 that I paid 30 squids for (I downloaded EURO), it simply should have been and that game was obviously unfinished. The suspicion is that this is so they could make more bucks a few months later, and this is why loads of people are disgusted with EA and will champion PES no matter how good the FIFA sequel. I downloaded the last 2 FIFAs then went out and bought them after playing them for a few days, but I dont think I'll be buying this as I'm beggining to feel ripped off (I dont want anyone to reply or go on at me about warez, I'm not interested in that discussion).

soccerulez says there are major faults that need to be fixed. Please, I am interested to know what these faults are to you.

People can read my previous posts in FIFA v PES, I have stated that I think neither of these games come close enough to my expectations. I had though just played through 2 PES seasons and just started a 3rd. That seasons on hold now as I'm gonna play EURO for a while and I hope I agree with ozzy that its the best.

Oneill, regardless of my 3 previous piss takes, i couldn,t agree with you more on this.
I am also dissapointed in EA, for pulling, what can only be seen as a money making stunt.
I have Fifa05 on PS2 and the patched demo of UCL on my PC.
I actually played UCL in a store the other day, and it is a vast improvement, plus it does make you feel a little short changed with Fifa. (If you know what i mean) But theres no way that i,m going to pay out for the full game. F**k EA.

I just hope that they justify themselves with Fifa06, or i may have to jump the fence myself.
I don,t believe in paying out to million dollar companies who take the piss... ( More than me ) lol
