can anyone tell me what that Action Replay files are ?

is that the file to burn a AR cd and use it as a boot disk to play we7 with the knife trick ?.....sorry to go off topic but my gameshark2 MC broke and i havnt played the game in like 2 months...ive seen the Action Replay 2 in best buy but i dont think it works with the PS2's in the U.S.A.....again, sorry to go off topic

maestro: best patch to date is Y2KSA Mix Patch 1.0

asroma: knife trick or swap method only works with PS2 below version7. Check ur ps2 version. If you buy GS or AR2 make sure it is the correct region for ur ps2 (pal or ntsc). If you get swap magic disks (also used for booting) then do the same. Copies of all these disks WILL NOT work, u can try but u'll just burn beer coasters :P you need an original disc. I have a AR2v2 with USB neo key for sale - PM if your interested.
I'd go for a modchip ..no swapping boots directly - well werth it IMO. :rockman:

yeah i know...i got the older version....it worked before but the MC just broke from the gameshark....wouldnt load the codes...happens no matter what the PS2 is.....they sell AR2 in best buy here in new jersey.....would i be correct to assume that it would almost have to be for playstations made or played here in the states ?

thanks....i feel like an ass b/c i bought the gameshark 2 version 3 thinking it was alright but it didnt come with a MC and didnt even work anyway...but im gonna return it and hopefully pick up the AR2 disk and MC....
