Best goals scored...A must see...

No you can't score from distance ALL the time. For starters, the higher the difficulty level, the less chances u will have to get a chance to release a shot from beyond the box. They don't give u room....u have to find ways of making room.

That replay where the guy launched from nearly the middle of the field is almost impossible to do.

I have scored some really great build up goals where 10-12 passes in fluid succession lead to a goal.

I haven't played much and I am still getting use to the pro level. On semi-pro it is too easy to beat defenders 1 on 1, it is alot harder on pro bc they just jump on u, its more of a passing and possession game at that point.

If u want to try 1 on 1 moves and fancy plays, you should practice them at the semi-pro level before taking it up a notch at pro.

At the pro level, u have to know what ur doing and can't just be giving the ball away all the time. The Comp isn't so stupid at the pro level and shows some intelligence.

Let me explain something... After i scored that fabulous goal in replay #2, I tried maybe 50 times to score again from that distance... And quess what? I didn't manage it...

So, in my opinion Fifa 2005 it's a GREAT game...

A goal like that you'll never see in every game played in real life and this way should be in Fifa 2005.

thats good to hear...

Now now...why would u want to post the Comp schooling u...

I did have Kaka pull off a 360 in the box side step my defender....I was like wtf...ur not suppose to do that on semi-pro...so I tackled him and Kaka was awarded a penalty shot...:f***:

nice goals but very unrealistic.

Fifa did it again. They suck.:kader:

unrealistic? Do u watch football? I have seen many (not talking every game just in general) longe range shoots from that distance go in so don't give me that bs. The guy said those were the only two longe range shots he has scored.

Hello??? its not that easy to score from distance.

Free kicks are easy but not long shots during game play.

Try to go scoring shots like that on pro or higher during the flow of the game....whoever says they can do it repeatedly is lieing or has been playing the game too long...

and it's fifa

I'm sorry for judging but... I see the american flag near your name and 1 thing comes to mind. In north america kids care if the faces of players look the same as in real life, they're worried about the sound track of the game, about how good the kits look. In europe, we DON'T care about stupid things like music and kits, we understand the game and know that fifa is an absolute joke compared to PES.

that is most ignorant statement i think ive ever read. do you live in america? if not, then how can you make that assumption...just because i live in the U.S. doesnt mean i dont watch soccer/football (yeah i know, ill admit calling it soccer is gay, but go figure) im 23 and played since i was 5....ive been to europe and seen matches several times (real madrid, manchester united, and barcelona) and watch matches all the time on fox sports world here in the states...all that to say...i have a pretty good idea what makes a good soccer game. saying that americans only want graphics and kits and all that in a soccer game is as ignorant as me saying "all europeans wear dumb clothes and smell like a$$"....which is true...but ignorant nonetheless.

i bought a ps2 just to play PES...went out, bought the game, and hated it. im sorry, but the production value and polish on the game just sucks. just my opinion, and im not going to turn this into a PES forum, so ill get off that. ANYWAY, i think this is the best fifa yet, and i think the graphics and audio make the experience that much more authentic. if i wanted super realistic gameplay, id get off my butt and go outside and play. but when i sit down to play a video game, i want to visually wowed, and be content with the gameplay experience. so um...(ignorant comment...here it comes...)go back to your little european hut and not take a shower, while i enjoy a nice graphically pleasing game of fifa. whew, now im tired.

* I don't care about the faces, as I don't know 99% of the players to begin with. I would, however, like accurate pictures in the overlays so I can get a better idea of my players.

* I don't care about the soundtrack, though I kind of like the music in this one. I don't spend enough time outside of the pitch to worry about it much. (aside from typing up ratings, etc)

* My team has two kits...red...and white. I really don't mind either way, and it doesn't make a bit of difference to me if they're from today or ten years ago.

I see quite a few posts asking about the accuracy of kits, and I find it hard to believe that they're all coming from American posters.

I find Fifa 2005 entertaining, challenging, worthwhile..and just simply...fun. As I prepare for promotion after the season, I've become nervous if I can avoid relegation in the next. I know that my top 3 players likely wouldn't make it as a sub on half the teams I'll soon be facing. The sun doesn't rise and fall based on the exact physics of my player's side-step, the angle his shot takes, or if he can flip the ball 25 different ways with the press of a joystick. I'm playing a game and I'm having fun. :ewan:
