Best Controller for PC??

What's the best controller for FIFA2003 for PC?

I have the Gravis Eliminator and it's never been great.

Also when I swap out to see an instant replay I lose control of my mouse and can't watch the replay. Am I the only one? I have a USB optical mouse.
