Belgian Exqi league

hi guys, i'm new here on the forum.
my name is jurgen and i'm from belgium
and now it comes...i have a question
i have made all the teams from the second belgian league,
named the exqi league.
i did it with cm09.
but my problem is ,how do i attach the exqi league to the belgian pro league?
what i want to say is,that the first 2 teams can go up from exqi league to the pro league and the last 2 teams of the pro league go down to the exqi league.

if you guys can help i post the new league on this forum then
