sepakbola: why u need to lowered all the players speed ?? because u want to slower down the game pace ?? i think the default game pace is good... i tried on ur new option file but didnt really get use to it... can the speed remain at default yet still make others changes to make the computer more challenging ?? because i think game speed does not concern with the making the game more challenging...
simpson- after you are done editing using Pes4Editor; you have to create a new para_we8.bin file and then import it over the one in your 0_text.afs file.
ChitChat- I've found that lowering the speed has helped the game much more, I know at first it seems that the default speed is fine, but in the end the stats are much more realistic. In my opinion not everyone is a fast dribbler; they are not all quick on the ball like the great dribblers out there; i've implied this method because it makes you as the user work that much harder; because i'm very big on realism and i've played for many years when I play i think as this sport as hard work to get 3 points. So while the game might be slower you still have to think very quickly, when not to dribble,when to dribble, when to first touch pass, two touch,etc.
I've compared this speed method after reviewing the Match Details in default speed before and the results were stunning.
For possesion ( i using Liverpool versus Arsenal) at the end was 50-50; since leading 1-0 since break Arsenal performed about 20 fouls and receieved 4 yellow cards; I as liverpool produced 7 shots on target total; while Arsenal had 19. So as you can see I was pressured to the extreme but the defense held up maginificently. In my opinion lowering the game speed is key,like I said before choose your teams wiseley, the lowe the team the much more you have to work at it.
Also if you feel that you dont' want this then you can feel free to adjust it yourself, just increase dribble speed in the macro tab to 20 and you should be back at default or at least somewhere near it.
OKay guys, I'm currently working on a big patch ( chitchat I will increase speed just a little ) that will include:
Gameplay Tweak version 3- (all from version 1 and 2)
New Play Appearances-
-Boots (supplied)
-Faces (supplied)
And the biggest one that I feel makes the game look so much better and a little trick
of mine personally:
Decreasing Players Calve size to : -6 instead of default; I will post screenies of
the huge difference in appearance.
all that should be out soon and I will provide more detail in days to come. So please before let's say about wednesday this week, provide some feedback on what can be improved much like CHitChat did. Till then enjoy.

I should be done around somtime tonight, just have to fix appearances and group the files all together. I've been fiddling with gameplay elements this time in matters of aggression to match the slow paced game not seem so slow paced, I don't mean the tempo but just the feel of the game, like you are not always in a hurry as a player. Okay, more info later, going to get some counterstrike in then some more editing.

UPDATE---
Sorry for not releasing the patch yet but I ran into some serious bug trouble and I wanted to overcome it badly.
The bug as most of you may know is that whenever you start a league of any kind, the simmed games ( computer vs computer ) end up 0-0 tie or 1-0 wins for strong side, so thats why no matter how many times you are in the EPL Arsenal end up winning 9/10 the championship. But after some tweaking ( alot ) I have mastered the scorelines as well as improve the gameplay beyond belief ( i'm learning alot more than I thought possible, this game is DEEP ). After implementing the tweak I as Everton was home versus Blackburn and lost to them 0-2 , dissapointing really but I had my chances and Blackburn's defense was superb. Checking at halftime to see the other scores as I always do, i noticed that Liverpool was 2-0 up versus Birmingham and I thought to myself thats the highest scoreline i've seen from a Com team versus another; let alone its only the first half; brilliant! After my game I checked all the scores around the league and I was amazed to see that I had cracked it.
(5 STARS - have not tried 6 stars, defense seemed to over commit so i reverted back,so I still need to test out 6 stars.)

the shoe pack is as follows ( collected from various authors, no props to me plz. )
In game they look allright, its my first bootpack so bare with me. I just picked out the most worn boots and assigned them to various players that I thought wore them. So I do recommend using it or somthing like it just so the players are wearing the correct boots and none of you have to mess with that. They are top notch boots created by mostly Chiztopher I believe,was his tutorial that I used to learn hehe.
