I'm in no way kissing Beckham's ass, because I can careless for the guy, but, let's be logical here:
Beckham is a man of class and loyalty and has a huge image to live up to in the media, and I doubt he'd jeopardize his huge class image for some little trite punk like Alpay. Turkish players have a brief history of foul play. Does Beckham has a history of foul play? Who would you believe? Beckham? Or a punk like Alpay? Yeah, that's what I thought.

I would believe to Alpay. Beckham is the punk who causes trouble, read Namek14's post you asshole. Beckham causes problems every where he hates.

All teams have a few players who have foul tricks up their sleeves. Beckham spitting on Alpay is uncalled for and Alpay running up to Beckham to start a fight isn't any better. They'll have to apologize to each other, they both did wrong.

No seriously, how do you know for a fact that Alpay is right? Do you know Alpay personally? Do you go over to his house to play all-fours every weekend? Does he confide in you? I choose Beckham because he has a clean sheet and is respected. He's what you would call an "incon", I suppose. He's a humble person, I don't see why he would go out of his way to provoke someone. He wouldn't benefit from it. Alpay would, though, seeing as he has nothing to lose and his National Team already has a bad reputation.

Ok, ok what Alpay did was wrong, but what I am trying to say is that Beckham is not inocent either, thats what my point is. Beckham did insulted the Turkish players, thats why they were angry from the first game.
