More seasons than just 4 seasons. For example your virtual pro will retire at an age of 32/38 based on the succes you've made in the past years. If you played at a high star club you will retire at a older age then when your topclub was for example A.S Roma or an other 4-star club or lower.
- Virtual Pro attributes
Your Virtual Pro will become better depending on the way your playing. If your playing good and you score almost every time a 8 or higher, his main attributes will rise. But when your pro plays bad and get's a lot of lower scores (6 or lower) he will lose his confident which will have an effect on his main attributes. It's also possible to train attributes, according on which points your training. (speed, power, stamina, shooting technique, dribble technique. Like in PES 2010)
- Fan Rating engine.
For example to become a good pro, you have to become a favourite of the crowd. To become a fan favourite you have to be one of the special team members, and also have an eye for the fans. To increase the so called "fan rating" you could do a couple of things like play with flair: much skilled tricks and passes (like the old Ronaldinho), or be a scoring machine and score almost every match. The fan rating could also increase when your making a fine celebration like a overhead flick or something like that.
- New transfer engine.
To gain a transfer to a big club you have to notice a lot in your competition. To get the needed attention you have to become a Fan favourite of your team. By becoming a fan favourite, the press will be talking more about you which will effect attention of bigger clubs in your competition or in other competitions. This will make it much more realistic, then when your just starting your first match, scored one goal of the 10 and you'll be on the newspaper headlines saying that you have won the match for your team. This happens to often on FIFA 10 and is not really realistic.
- Real contracts with salary. The salary will be transformed into points to unlock stuff in the fan shop for your virtual pro. For example new kit styles like medium sleeves, low socks or high socks, new boots, new hairstyles, undershirts, undershorts, ankle tape, ankle socks (c.ronaldo wears them).
- Decisions
Decisions like in the old FIFA's in manager mode which can effect your fan rating meter or your fatique meter.
- Cups and international tournaments
Include european cups, domestic cups and international cup tournaments like world cups and european cups for countries.

When you make your debut for the 1st team, you almost always start as an sub, so when you start the game, the game should also start at the moment your being subbed. The scene will start with you standing aside the fourth official who shows the number bord for the upcoming substituten. Also when you made it to squad member, and your playing bad it's more likely that your getting substitute which would mean the end of the match for you, the score you had will be your final score. This also happens when your virtual pro is very tired, or you scored already 2 or 3 goals and your getting a crowd substitute.
