Bayern Munich CL Thread

This is the Bayern Munich thread for their champions league season this year.

Bayern won their first game, and as I hope, will go through the group stage. I think we might even be able to go to the semis, if not the finals, and if we do get to play in Dortmund for the final, the home country atmosphere should help us significantly.

Tomorrow we are playing Anderlecht. I am hoping for a 2-0 win and hopefully another goal from Makaay, as well as a good performance by my Bosnian fellow Salihamidzic.

Technically the final is being played in Gelsenkirchen, despite being close to Dortmund, it is being played in the Arena AufSchalke(Home of Schalke 04).

The two are Ruhr cities, but they are different ones.

Both were in pot 1, so it was impossible.

I hope we'll win tonight's game, but it won't be easy because Anderlecht ain't too bad and we have some probelms in our defense.

I think Bayren players doing their job for not repeating what happened last year, anyway we are still on the top of the group, and I'm sure Bayren will play the final, it's still one of the strongest teams, and of course all my respects for the great Mid Salihamidzic.

Salihamidzic was awful versus Rostock, our new Gaucho Demichelis played really good. When Jeremies comes back he can play at CB for Linke that old wanker.

I think our team can play much better than it did in the last weeks.We can reach the quarter finals and then who knows? Everything is possible.
