WOW... can we rely on Ribery anymore than that? He was crucial in all goals. We need another creative player like him so good teams can't shut us down by simply man marking Ribery.

Ribery recently stated that he's finding it a tad frustrating because there are always two defenders on him.. but perhaps they should throw in a third because he is still carving it up every week.

He will be remembered as one of the great Bayern players when his time here is up. Mark my words.

Thanks for the highlights. Wow Ribery is a f*ckin beast!!! Bayern cannot simply rely on him for the attacking or once they are up against a class team with a defense wall then you'll know what's coming. I was so happy to see Sagnol back on the field. I REALLY hope he doesn't end his career with Bayern on a bad note. That is simply not acceptable. Especially when he simply said "f*ck off to Juventus". lol

I've never flirted with the idea of having Ballack back but our midfield would look atomic with him in the center and ribery raising hell on the flanks. Toni would be much more happy

Toni can pick **** out of the air, ballack's an amazin passer and has vision, look at some of the passes he makes to the flank, not just to forwards. With Ribery and Toni he would have been great, but having three huge players like that is a little strain on the budget when you have so many other good German players.

I think Ballack is worth the gamble (I doubt Chelsea would want much for him, but he would demand a huge salary because he would be renouncing his massive deal at Chelsea to come back), but I just don't know if he would come here for a variety of reasons.

O man i came to this topic to wish amm my fellow Bavarians happy holidays and ask Santa for an early gift, but when i read that Marco Van Basten is our potentiall coach i start to wounder that Santa must have taken note from the fact that we were bad last season, bas as like 4th place bad.

Anyways if we sign him i say:

PROS: More dutch superstars to join FCB, hopefully more atacking foottie.

CONS: Van Bommel , The Dutch NT has not necesarily been the NT to beat with him as coach

Lol, van Basten! That guy really s*cks at the Dutch NT! He brings players from average Dutch teams into the NT. And I mean, really bad players too! The great ones like Seedorf, Ruud and Mark were or are ignored. He liked to play his favourite 433 all the time, while Holland had the players to play a perfect 442! The guy really s*cks! That doesnt mean he would s*ck at club level, but atm I dont see why Bayern would want that guy as their manager! I hope you guys can find someone else! I always respected Bayern and I dont want you guys to get such a bad manager! (But Forget about Don Bernd )

I read Lippi rumours as well as Rehagel. Please not Otto. He is more italian than Trapattoni. I really don't like the idea of defending with 6 men.

From the above mentioned i think the ideal pick would be Raffa Benitez.

I though, have a name that has not even been mentioned in any form. I would love to give Advokaat a shot. He is a great coach but people don't give him much credit.

Advokaat was all but signed up for the Australian NT coach last month but changed his mind at the last minute - and I mean the last minute. The decision pissed off many people here. He has committed himself to Zenit, but I like your thinking - he would be great at Bayern.
