The 5th straight defeat away from home but I'm quite happy to be honest.

Will Lucio and Van Buyten still be playing than?
Yeah, I doubt Ismael will be fit by then. And I thought Lucio had a good match. He didn't run forward all the time and was solid at the back. Definitely his best performance this season. Looked like his old self again. Demichelis at DM was the key weakness for me. That guy's a defender, not a midfielder.

Anyway, decent result considering the circumstances. A shame about the first half. We have some tall guys at the back but still couldn't defend set pieces. The second goal looked like a foul by Helguera on Lucio but okay, you hardly get these calls when you're away from home. Like I've been saying for weeks, Brazzo is best used as a super sub. Pizza also looked way more motivated today than usual. Good subs from Ottmar. Madrid looked tired towards the end, we have to attack them from the very first minute on at the Allianz Arena then I'm confident we'll beat them.

Shame!
We did not deserve this defeat 3-2 in Madrid but almost a match drawn, in the 2nd half only Bayern in the field, as always we got stupid goals but if u leave those chances to players like Raul or van Nistelrooy obviously they score.
I've seen finally a really good Bayern, our guys has given 100% and we could ask no much more, only major precision by Roy Makaay; shame for Poldi, out of the game, Pizza very better, he deserved to score, ok Lucio and van Buyten (the best player this season except, obviously, Olli Kahn), ok Sagnol and Lahm, ok Brazzo in the 2nd half, ok the FCB.....
Now I know it's difficult but taking a look to the match of Bernabeu we can smash them in the return match.
Grüßt FC BAYERN.........FOREVER NUMBER ONE!!!!!:)

He's not thinking about Juventus, he's been crap (or average, to be kind) like that for a while now. His versatility and motivation role is what makes him a good squad player.

Is that a mistake or Sagnol is really playing in front of Brazzo ? What a shìtty right side that would be :O Thank God Madrid are out of form.. they better not hit the good form against us!

I agree, yesterday Brazzo has been the real motivator with Kahn, excuse me if I talked about him this way:)

He isnt the answer to our problems, but he was a mediocre striker that would be useful right now. Our main problem is the midfield and the chemistry kind of.

He was better than average but at the time we let him go he was 30 and we still hoped Santa Cruz would become the next van Basten. Not to mention Alex was injured most of the time.

Our main problem is still the attacking midfield, we simply don't create enough. An AM/playmaker, a (preferably) left-footed winger and we'd be playing a lot better. The rest, especially the defensive mistakes, can be sorted out I think.

I hope Hargreaves stays fit for some time now. He will prove his star form last year was no fluke. With him and Mark in CDM we're set for the next couple of years in that area. or his sale gives us a ****load of money

Yea i think our defense problems can be sorted out, but our attacking midfield department needs a boost of some sort. Hargreaves and Van Bommel can prove to be a force while playing together, i have faith in them. Makaay needs more providing and Podolski inst up to par YET. Why didn't Karimi start? Remember him against Milan last year? he put a hurting on Seedorf and their right flank.

isn't Karimi an attacking player? what does he have to do with Seedorf? and Seedorf plays on the left, nothing to do with our right flank. malookh nasha, shiityet?

Ja, "Zico" was a really good striker, don't know why we let him to in Austria, he was young, he was only 29 years old, maybe he has chosen to play in a starting 11 with Salzburg, with us he was only on the bench but I remember 4 example a wonderfull goal against gladbach, it was 1st may 1999 and we smashed the scheißen gladbacher 4-2, then we were Meister and them relegated in zweita Liga lol! Do u remember guys?:mexican:

Bayern keen on Mauro

The Juventus midfielder had been linked with a transfer to the Bundesliga last summer, but decided to stay in Turin, despite the fact that his club were forced to play in Serie B following their involvement in a corruption scandal.

The German giants are still hoping to fill the void left by Michael Ballack’s transfer to Chelsea and with Sebastian Deisler being forced to end his career and Mehmet Scholl ready to retire next summer, a couple of fresh faces are expected to arrive for the new season.

Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Juve are ready to swap Camoranesi for Bayern’s Brazilian defender Lucio and although the Germans are highly unlikely to accept such a deal, Bayern could be tempted to table a bid for the 30-year-old.

The Argentine-born midfielder, who had also been linked with the likes of Lyon, Valencia and Inter, is tied to Juventus until 2009.
