Good luck with return on the top of Bundesliga and race for UEFA Cup

dread;2339843 said:I think Makaay really should stay,he's better than Klose. The german club football is in poor form in the moment,so they need more foreign players and i don't see why everyone is talking that we're going to win the uefa cup with that team.Bayern could do this with the previous team that fell in the 1/4 final in the champions league, cuz they played stupid in the second leg.

Erm, I disagree in Ze Roberto's case. He's 34, and its not ideal to be travelling from Europe to South America, then being expected to challenge for a position at your club team, which is very hard considering your 34 anyway. Essentially playing a few national team games a year could harm his whole club year, and leave him sat on the bench, which will most likely happen at Brasil anyway. It's not exactly placing Bayern higher than Brasil, but Bayern will play around 50 games next year, and is it worth harming your chance's to get into the first team to play around 9 games (or possibly sit on the bench) for Brasil ?Deisler;2339938 said:That is plain sellfish. If he is called to play in the selecao he should go. Honoring your countrys jersey it is not optiona, every player should consider it a duty.
