I found a well explained video on youtube on how to put balls in fifa 14 and I know how to do it well.

Why questions then? I wrote more than once that I tested all the balls before publishing them. Balls can be installed in different ways, you can just throw them into the game folder, or you can manually install them in the program.

In this case, your error is most likely connected with the 3d ball itself.
Have you added a texture to my ball? Or did you just add texture to your ball?
