Yep, the awards season has started after the Toronto Film Festival a few weeks ago and there
are a lot of cool movies coming that Im very excited to see:
There Will Be Blood: Daniel Day-Lewis looking awesome in full mode to get an oscar in a movie from Paul Thomas Anderson??? Cant remember whats it about (oil, I think) but with Daniel Day Lewis is a must see (yeah, the balld of Carlos and rose was boring and kind of sucked overall but he was great anyway), and being from PTA is a must see too.

Eastern Promises: Viggo and Cronenberg again. I've seen it already and its excellent. Violent and very dark. Vincent Cassell is kind of cartoonish but at the end has a very great scene acting-wise. The old guy playing the godfather-like role is great too.

Once: dramedy/musical, irish, with The Frames frontman as the star of the movie. the songs are all performed by them and its a perfect little movie. this one opened months ago actually and Im hoping it gets a chance at awards.
