Models are great but textures really need some improvements. Try to put some parts of scanned faces into your textures, so it won't have that blurriness which is created by the image you texture painted in Blender. The sides will be very blurry, so replacing that with new photos or some hq stuff would really improve your textures.

Also try to match the color of your photo with the rest of your texture. Look at for example Lucas Silva's face, the left part of the face is darker, and overall it still has some more red in comparison with the neck. Try to match the colors, and it will already be a lot better.

For us is a very good result! But we hope to take 3 points as soon as possible.. Roma is a very good team but at the moment there are problems...maybe the players are not so calm inside maybe the physical condition is not so good...But Roma remains a very good team...
