that seems more logical, because I cannot see Carlos, Salgado and Helguera as bad defenders.
All three of them could make any team in the EPL.

nah there defence is ok but if they got a Defender centeral then Helguera could play DMC.

I thought Helguera position was DMC not Defender:confused:

The problem is that Madrid doesnt have a good DMC. Guti cant defend, Beckham does his best but he's better at the MC or at the right wing. Both Carlos and Salgado running to the wings to support the attack, plus Guti that cant mark and defend, Helguera that is a DMC not a defender, so tends to play out of position sometimes, and there you go. The "Galacticos" cant defend.
