At Freekicks, Who Is Better Thierry Henry Or Roberto Carlos

In the demo I have scored with Henry once.... It was in the 87th minute and Im down a goal and I get fouled outside the box. Henry lines it up and I curve the ball to the (my) right of the wall and into the top corner, picture perfect goal!!!!!!!:D

At Freekicks, Who Is Better Thierry Henry Or Roberto Carlos

I think Robertyo carlos is better, in fifa 2003, i can score freekicks with roberto carlos than with thierry henry. What about u lot??

Also who u think is the best freekicks taker, in my opinion i think it david beckham or roberto carlos.

Ive seen Carlos score about 2 feekicks, but Ive seen Beckham score loads. I think Del Piero is another very good free kick taker, and Laurent Robert.

free kicks in game

I've had serveral free kicks in the demo but never scored , I could never get the pointer to hit the little green bit in the swing zone. The ball always flew over the bar or wide of goal.

Well today, I got a free-kick about 35yrds from goal , wee boby was lined up and I had lined up the target just off the ground near a yard in from the post , the ref blew and I pressed the shoot button. The little pointer swung down through the red secton towards the little green section , bang , dead in the middle , sweet as a nut. You could not have stopped it any more dead centre than this. Yes ,your guest it .... the ball flew yards over the bar even though I had the target just off the ground a yard in from the post and the freekick swing bar dead to rights , smack bang in the middle of the green zone.

If that goes flying over the bar , how the hell can you score from a free kick.

Thats low straight shots! I take it LOB will get you up then down over a wall. But how do you bend one around a wall?

Freekicks ... Lobo ex Glasgow Celtic , we only had him from 33 to 36. But I've seen his video from boyhood in slovakia to France then to us. ZIDANE Zinedine gave a interview to the BCC just after the French World Cup win and was asked if any British players ( ie English ) players were world class. When he said no , you should have seen there faces, when asked if no one in britian was world class , he said , you never asked me that , when asked who the palyer was he said that lobo moravcik ( the interviewer said "Who" ) of Glasgow Celtic was the best player he had seen. Beckham could not lace his boots. and I seen that animal was at it again tonigh , how the ref who was only a yard away looking right at the assult ( yes , assault not tackle ) how this guy gets away with it is beyond me . and not a bad word is said against him. Roy Keane and the Arsenal Players get the book thrown at them by the English FA and he gets off scot-free. sorry for the tirade at the end but what I seen tonight made my blood boil. the
boy he attacked was lucky not to have this legs broken. The Italian Ref was a joke , he let him off with not 1 but 2 assaults on 2 different players and never spoke to him , but when he got a small bit back of what he was dishing out , the ref could not get the card out quick enough.

better use roberto carlos coz he is easier to use on freekicks than thierry henry.

Can anyone rember a freekick scored by roberto carlos in world cup 98 at the finals Brazil vs France, can any1 remember?
this make me thing that roberto carlos is the best freekick taker ever. :D

roberto carlos free kicks are overrated, they are are indeed powerful but are too straight.... But because seaman is the goalkeeper he will ignore any shots that come towards his goal and any shot that real madrid makes will end up at the back of the net...:D

carlos takes beautiful powerful freekicks, but hardly accurate. i think even hierro will do a better a job. beckham is the best freekick taker. if you give him 3 freekicks in a game, he'd make one or two. but carlos...well, when was the last time you saw a carlos freekick that went in? and the one before that?:kader:

if a player is better than another at freekicks, doesnt it mean that the oscillating stuff target should move slower, and faster if there person is not that good? why then do i still miss freekicks even though i get it right on the green part with the right curve?

Roberto carlos didn't score any goal in world cup '98 finals. The game end with 3-0 for France. I think you mean when he score in tourne de france in 97. when he shoot freekick and the ball looks like going out but suddenly its change direction to goal and score.

the oscillating stuff target, it is called a freekick meter.
Didn`t u notice that it is easier to score with r.carlos than thierry henry. R.carlos freekick meter is a bit slower than thierry henry, so u will get more chance to score with r.carlos :p and in real life r.carlos doesn`t score every freekick that is why u miss:rockman:

i have scored five freekicks with r.carlos and two with thierry henry.

You can`t score everytime even if you hit the green thing on meter
