Is it technically possible to do this;

Someone makes a new roster file. We download the roster file, write it to a CD, put it in our PS2, and update our memory card.

Or am I dreaming?

Yes it is possible depending on the following...

1. If someone can write the program for the disk to tranfer into the memory card. And to write it so we don't have to chip the PS2.

2. Time probably lots of time...
