This was a great game, it was 1-1 after halftime so you didn't know which way it was going to go. However after the break Totti scored 2 goals and 2nd one being superb. Then late in the game there was a penalty given to Sampdoria but Zotti was great to keep it out. This was a great win consedering Samuel, Chivu, and Pelizzioli were out with injuries.
The result gave Roma 42 points - a new half-season record in Serie A.

Yeah Mancini is great, I can't believe he missed that great chance from 6 yards out. Roma rocked today though, can't wait till Montella is back and well.

It is going to be so close for the title. Although it looks like Inter are out of it, there is an 11 point difference from first to fourth place.

great goal by totti..and a nice little chip at the end, zotti played great in goal but the goal he let in came from confusion, that has to be sorted out when roma plays the bigger teams, anyways, good win and i hope we can take the serie A this year!!!

to me this season can easily be like the one that roma won in 2000-2001, but im not gonna say anything until roma-juve
but still, roma has a pretty compact team, and as longer as totti is playing well......you know

The ref denied a clear PK to Sampdoria and the 2nd Roma goal shouldn't of happened b/c Emerson made a foul previously but that's ok. It happens to Juve also. I just wanted to say that b/c Sensi and Capello can't say that it happens only to Juve.

Good win Roma. I officially declare Roma Campioni d'Italia.

I dunno what the defenders were doing on Totti's 2nd goal. Its like they just ignored the guy with the ball. Totti just ran in a straight line after beating the one guy in midfield.

He clearly gets past 2 defenders and he ran too fast for the rest to get him. Plus the finish was just awesome.
