if the decision succeeds, praise him/her; if it fails, kill him/her? how lowbrow ...

I agree about criticizing Montella coz he's ruining Roma's Champions League participation for next season, which sucks for the reasons I mentioned in my previous two posts in this thread ... but when you employ a rookie, you know you're taking a gamble ...

I'd like to know who else they considered, and who else they could afford, to ascertain why the gamble option was considered the best choice, and to see if those other options are still available to replace the failed experiment before it's too late ...

otherwise, it'll have to be some weird and sudden 180 that gets the team tactically organized and back on course for 4th spot ...

When the team is in trouble, you do not take former player who has no idea about coaching. That's only my point of view, but of course you are a football expert and any disagreement with you is taken as a lack of football knowledge. My bad.

The trouble of AS Roma is not Montella but the players who are sucking til the begin of the season, they sucked with Ranieri too, have u seen in the last 2 matches wtfk did Vucinic? And Menez? And the defence always trolling and keeping the same kind of goals! Now Roma will become a little team with the new property, Thomas Di Benedetto, from USA, players with high incomes will be sold and only free agents would be signed, around 2-3 years we'll be into the serie B or we will disappear from football, this is the reason why but seems nobody understand it, only stupid whistles aginst the single players, the company sucks since many years but here in Roma many idiots talk about the "scudetto", illusion is life, open your eyes all and watch the fk is happening now, shame cause I love AS Roma but our history is going to the end.....
