He's only 17. His pace will improve I'm sure. However, he's not Belgian - he's a Gambian player currently playing for Royal Antwerp, gaining enough experience to get an English work permit. He's 50% a Royal Antwerp player and 50% a Man Utd player IRL.

He can't head, he is uselss in the winter because he has a low work rate and mental stats don't go up so nobody say his work rate will improve.

His work rate could be worse and his determination is 19 so he isn't all that bad. I've seen better players at that age though

Work Rate? Why do you think players like Ronaldo, Rivaldo have work rate? I think for strikers work rate isn't so important

Tsigalko can't head and also has a work rate of 13 so that theory has been totally disproven.

Some players ( even in real life ) don't need work rate, you just give 'em the ball and they do the rest of the job. Pele & Maradona are the best example

Becareful how you raise a player.
Play him week in, week out, you will **** up his natural fitness and ruin him, also his injury prone stat will rise.
Owen, Gerrard and Martina Hingis are all classic examples of young stars playing at every chance they get. It don't work.
Start him 20 times a season, give him 10 minutes here, 10 minutes there.
