Van Persie isn't very fast, neither is Cesc or Flamini. Hmm.

Cesc is a holding mid, and they don't tend to be terribly pacy. van Persie has enough skill to compensate. i'm not sure about Flamini tho

Paddy's pretty pacy.. Gilberto's a holding mid as well, saw how he zoomed up to back Jose up against Manure? But Cesc is young, I'm sure he'll develope.
But Flamini isn't pacy.

i didn't see that game, but i know Gilberto's fast. vieira isn't too fast to me, at least not compared to our other mids

Not all players have to be fast some make up for there lack of speed with skill or they have another terrific abilitie.....I dont think we need a whole team of Fast players we need skillful players aiiiii

It's weird. We've used our pace to our advantage almost all the time.

Thierry - I need not say anything.
Reyes - Very fast.
Les Bob - Very fast.
Freddy - Very fast.
Paddy - Fast for his size.
Gilberto - Fast.
Cole, Lauren and Kolo are all very pacy as well.
Sol isn't the quickest but he's still very quick for his size..

So why try starting a new trend?

He got outmuscled a few times by Gravesen but a good performance from him, I love the way he just pings the ball around. He just looks too small at the moment, he'll need at least another season to bulk up.
