Chelsea keeps on winning....i think they are on their way for another epl title!!!! no one seem to be able to stop them...i dun see a team beatin it now....except maybe Manu or Liverpool but that's all....:(:(:(

Difficult to bridge that 9 point gap in half a season... Would be a very great achievement if Man Utd or Liverpool can do it even if its most unlikely now. I remember Newcastle was leading the league by 10 points ahead of manu quite a long time ago and manu won the premiership that season. But this time its chelsea and chelsea is not = newcastle and manu is not as good as it was that season.

Anyway now looks like the battle for CL place would more interesting and competitive since it looks to be a tight race. Arsenal have to work hard to get in... but I think they can at least get into the 4th or even 3rd position at the end of the season.

i 'HOPE' we qualify for the CL. the way we're playing right now we'll finish mid-table and then henry will no doubt f*ck off from highbury to Nou camp

I think Arsenal can feel a little hard done by. V.Persie's goal was disallowed on the grounds that Henry was interfering with play however looking at the replay that seems to be the wrong decision.

It was interesting to see the game plan of each manager. Arsenal played more aggressively (lesson learnt from Newcastle game) and higher up the pitch. For large parts of the game the Arsenal back four were on the half way line. However, despite their possession they were unable to make many break throughs in the final third due to the resolute defending of the Chelsea back four. When ever Arsenal did get in wide positions, crosses were dealt with ease and apart from his post hitting attempt, Henry was affectively taken out of the game by tight marking, maybe his game has become a little predictable now?

In the end Arsenal were the masters of their own downfall. Pushing high up the pitch left them extremely vulnerable to the ball over the top and time and time again Senderos and Campbell were unable to deal with Robben's pace which ultimately led to Chelsea winning. Again Chelsea were a very organised unit, everyone playing for each other and everyone knew their task. Arsenal on the other hand seemed to run out of ideas and the youngsters among their ranks looked lost at times. Like i said earlier Arsenal were unlucky but that's football.

All in all it was a very interesting game from the neutral perspective.

Why the f*ck should he bother shaking the hands of a man who tries to sue him for every sideways glance and never shows an ounce of public respect for Jose or Chelsea football club? Respect is a two way street and Mourinho shows volumes of it when he engages with other managers: just look at the relationship he has with fergie. But you'd never hear about anything as riddiculous as Pizzagate perpetuated by Jose, because he is always dictating in these managerial confrontations, and he never loses his cool to that degree.

Mourinho is so far in Wenger's head right now, its almost comical.

Heh, I always prefer Maureen than Wenger. At least he is more handsome, and he got Manchester United written all over his face in the future. I do have this gut feeling that the Portuguese will not spend his most glorious career at Chelsea, if not Man U he probably will win in the Serie-A, La Liga or international level. Just wait for this guy in the next 30 or 40 years to come. Dude gonna be a legend.

And I was literally knocked down to the floor laughing when he shook hand with the coaches but not Wenger (H)(Y)

Hans, you are right man.....anyone as good looking as Jose can do what the hell he likes.
To be Fair to Wenger,he didn't even mention the missing handshake. This is just more crap being stirred up by the media,to make an issue out of anything that involves Jose. They make me sick.Sky Sports actually had an extra camera at the game to film Jose and Wenger for the whole of the game,in case something happened between them.
Sky Sports = TV's equivalent of the SUN and News of the world.Owned by the same s.h.i.thead as a matter of fact.Gutter television.

Wenger has been asked by the FA to explain his comments about the Ref and Linesmen all being on Chelsea's side.I think the strain is taking its toll on dear ol' Arsene.

no doubt, Arsenal were RObbed. Van pussie's goal was ruled out for nothing and it could have been a totally different game . chelsea seem to get lucky day be day. but after that they totally outplayed the arses.
arsenal are screwed and can now look forward to the cc,cl and fa cup.
they can do better in europe i think.
as much as i wanted the arses to win to close down the gap on chelski, it didn't happen.
wonder when chelski will lose next?

well Arsenal cant complain about being short changed as far as luck is concerned.Man,since circa 1999,the rest of the premiership has been wondering when THEIR luck would run out,or wondered why so many refs and linesmen were on THEIR side.I would say they have a very short memory if they dont even recall the amount of decisions they recieved in THEIR favour to help them win the league and more besides. We all suffered while they got away with it,and now its their turn to suffer while WE get away with it.I love the Irony, the Karma.
I obviously have no sympathy at all...nothing pleases me more than to see Arsenal struggle and suffer. This is called JUSTICE.................. :read: :funny:

Its true: refs always favor the big teams, but its not as if theyre handing out calls to Chelsea left right and centre. Look at the decisive calls that have gone against us in the last year or so: The Luis Garcia goal, the Drogba sending off against Barca, the Drogba non-goal that wouldve beat Everton, etc. Granted, weve gotten away with our fair share of crap in that time, but its not like we recieve the favoritism the mancs and gooners used to get in spades when they were alone at the top.

Ok, so the Van Persie call was a bad one, made in a questionable situation when Henry was, or was not, involved in the play. That is a snap judgement that is easy be mistaken over. Great teams dont lower their heads and sulk away, they go back down and get a legit one. All this "that goal wouldve changed the game completely" nonsense is a bunch of hypothetical tripe. I dont rue the games where a dodgy call denied us points because the bottom line is that if we cant put a bad decision aside and rise to the occasion, then quite simply we dont deserve to win

then why is it only Liverpool fans that think that?
What goes around comes around mate,as Liverpool found out in Japan.Bad luck?....No....Karma?.....Yes........... :ewan:

Help?

Nah, Garcia's goal never happened.

United has a great 37 points out of 17 games, which would have had them at the top in any year except the last too, but Chelsea only has 1 loss and 1 tie? Like wtf? This is total ownage, if it continues like that, we could see another Norway soon or something. At least United would like lose and draw 1 or 2 games every 10, just to give the others hope, but 46 points not even before half of the season is done? Chelsea could have 109 points by the end of the season and if it sounds bleak right now, it certainly doesn't look that unrealistic when they play.
