Are there problems creating players in CC??

Hello

I was wondering, and I hope that someone can help me with this...

I want to create a player using CC, but Im afraid that if I do this the game could trash, I have edit sooo many things that I don't wat to lose this information...

So does anybody know if you can create a player in C.C and don't have a problem of crashing...

Note: I do know that if a create a player and I have a carrer, I can't use that carrer of game save...
