I think this will work out
Just go to:
Customise FIFA > Edit Teams > Change Squads/Rosters > Download Updates

You obviously need an online connection to download :)

I've been trying to look around for this.. like a FIFA 12 Summer update made by someone like what a guy did for NBA Live 10 and has all updated rosters, probably to much effort IMO.
