As their chances to lose skill balls increase when they turn 25. But saying that, my 27 year old is still improving like no tomorrow.

I dont really buy anyone over the age of 25 as its usually ppl trying to get rid of the player cos he is losing balls.

But if they do lose balls and they are good players, you can stop training them and then keep them.
