hmmm....it still needs that similarity factor in terms of the texture. maybe the texture's a bit too light but that could be the EA lighting, i'm not so sure. try adding more detail to this texture

I tried to use (14TOCFCConverter and FIFA 12 Cyber Faces Converter) not
work for head and use (FIFA 14 3D Importer-Exporter) not work too
if you can give me the link and upload this file (data_startup.bh ,
