ok since i have a 64bit version of win7 BETA i can't run CM09 but i'm wondering if there is any programs that do the same thing as CM09 or is there a way to install mods without useing CM09?

i use windows 7 x32 n it works just fine.

there is no other program, make sure you install it in the x86 program files folder.
& try changing the app launcher compatibility to xp sp2.
right click the cm09 launcher & click properties & compatibility tab & select xp sp2.
