Annoying edit problem

Whenever I edit a player, an attribute, or talent, the commentators will no longer say his name in game.

But I think that when I used the Data base for editing this was not a problem. Can anyone confirm this?

Sadly though it is not possible to edit CEP with the DB anymore. :-(

YEAH ur right man, I edited Drogba for xbox cuz nooo way hes a 82, well ye i edited him and commentator n longer says his name :kader:

hmm what do you mean? It sounds as if you are talking about the installation process for CEP?

However, this problem has nothing to do with the CEP...at least I don´t think so.
After all,m the other guy in this thread has Xbox.

what program are you using? with creation master 07, once you edit things, you can regenerate the fat and bh files. that basically means it updates the game with those files.

Since I am using CEP I can´t use any editing program (it is encrypted) Instead I edit the players with the in game editing function.

When you use creation master 07 this particular commentator problem does not show up in your game? The commentators will say the names of the edited players too?

if u edit players with the ingame editor the commentary wont say the player's name!
i had this problem too,but editing with other programs it won't happen!
why this is, i don't know but it happens!

It must be some kind of typical EA soccer bug.
I have never seen this type of bug in any other sports game from EA.
How typical. :-(
