Very nice Cuenca - good expression.
Of course rework ears.
Maybe it's such texture or maybe it's such model but I think his chin needs and update - make it more wider not so thin as right now (I'm talking about his "beard chin" - wider).
Also make his eyes a little bit down not so close to his eyebrows and also make eyes bigger.
Try to update upper lip - make it more bigger (more massive) and maybe nose but I'm ot sure because I don't know him well I've just look at you photo at your thread so maybe I'm mistaking in something.
