Don't get me wrong, I don't like the face and as I said I only shared it because there wasn't anyone out there who made him.
About the face, I don't think it has anything to do with symmetry, most human beings are assymetrical.
I always try to make my faces look exactly like the picture.

About the facial hair, I've checked his latest pictures and it seems that he has a shaved look (http://www.gettyimages.com/search/2...torial&sort=newest&page=1&excludenudity=false)

Other than that I don't know what to do.

probably looks a bit too clean. try to make the age blemishes and worry lines more visible

and by symmetry i mean the eye model
the head model is good

Modeling is great, but the texture is good, but not very accurate. Often wrinkles, scars, details on the face are what define the players and in this case, Olic need details on your face to recognize.

I've improved it a little bit (even though I'm not satisfied 100% but well, it's better tha having a generic face).
