did u know that when keeper has the ball in his hands and he wants to kick it upfield,in prvious fifa no matter how near u are to the keeper the ball will still go pass but in fifa 2005 when he a player is near like i am using henry, the keeper tried to kick it upfield but failed as it hit henry and then the keeper try to get it but henry got the ball and scored :rockma

Depends if Henry was intentionally blocking the keeper, or if the kedeper just kicked the ball at him allowing him to score.

You'd be able to tell in reality.

it is a nice feature, but SlowSilver is right, i remember when this happened last season (Blackburn x Arsenal) and Henry got in the way of Friedel kicking the ball from his hands and the referee disallowed the goal because it was said to be unsportsman like even though he had released the ball from his hands

yeah i remember that feature in 97' it was always fun trying to get in the way of the keeper when we would play against eachother.

Oh come on, don`t ask "I can`t get it to work". This feature is realistic, and since it`s realistic how many times in a year you saw something like that happens in real football ? To keep the realism is the reason why most of you can`t get it to work in the first few tries. You need the "luck" factor to get it to work like in real football, where you really need to be damn lucky for such thing to happen. Cool stuff indeed.

And not tryin` to bring this topic into a PES VS FIFA topic, I had simillar **** happens to me while playin` WE7. I used Man U, and while Howard tried to lob the ball it hit Brown`s head and lobbed back over Howard`s head and it`s a freakin` own goal Yeah, sometimes in football weird ****s like this happen.

Exactly Hans. If you're able to block the keeper all the time, the next thing you'll know is that you will be asking your player to stand in front of the keeper all the time. That will definitely look dumb.
