It wont work online because the match would get out of sync if 2 players use different formation-files.
It should work if both use the same formationfile, but thats just what im expecting without having tested it ...

Good News ! 
The main Code is finished and its working absolutely great.
There will be 2 possible Modes of changing the players positions:
SIMPLE-Mode:
Moving a player to a new position (with the mouse) will update all possible playerpositions relative to the new position.
Means:
The playerpositions depend on ballposition and ballposession.
The field is divided into 25 areas where the ball could be actually.
A striker moved back for lets say 5m will be moved back for 5 m for all possible ballpositions.
ADVANCED MODE:
Depending on ballposition the playerposition can be changed individually.
So if you want to make RobertoCarlos rush into the opponents penalty-box only when Real is in ballposession and the ball is inside the opponents penaltybox, you can do
The new screen shows the actual Ballposition (changeable by drag and drop) and the corresponding playerpositions when the opponent team is in ballposession.
Remaining tasks:
- I will try to make the player and ball-pictures-backgrounds transparent, if anyone can help he is welcome
- an export- / importfunction will be added, so it will be possible to change formations with others and store them

If i understand you(i'm a french) you want help to have same color with the players and the field.
It's possible with adobe photo deluxe entreprise , i have do it with the original jpeg file of fifa. I can send you the file with the strategies of original game.
After if you want you send me by mail your file to change it.
