The nike vapors seem 2 me that Nike have gone all out for the performance side of things, adding all that cushioning and support while keeping it very light, also i think the lines were apparently removed on the side because 2 many people complained about them splitting, so before we slag off the boot, we should wait 2 try theem on first because i believe, they will be and improvement, in that department, rather than looks, most peeps wud pick comfort over blisters i think.

but their football boots look quality! :D

cleats = absolutely sucky word.
Seriosuly though, there's no significance (look-wise) in a Puma King.

I prefer the word cleats myself. It's sounds so much more formal.
Mentioning ''boots'' make me feel like an English bint.

Some say Puma boots are the best in terms of quality. Well I don't have any soccer cleats anymore but I remember 3 or 4 years ago I bought some Pumas (Cellerators I guess, but they had the line on the side just like Kings) in a black-blue-yellow colorway. They looked good, but you can't imagine how good it felt to wear them in a match.

I reckon (just personal opinion) Nike Mercurial vapors are the best boots in the world. I've wore preds/F50's/T90's and none seem to be as comfy. This is maybe because i have quite narrow feet and i'm a forward. I wear nothing but vapors now and the design is the cooliest and slickest in the world! I love the colourways and have just got the new chrome R9's and White/Red vapors.
I can't wait to get my hands on the vapor III's. They are gonna rock!!!

IMO beauty is in the eye if the beholder espescially in the case of football boots.
you may say ugly while someone else may say theat they are sheer beauty.

a common case is the predator line. every year thier style is different and so some people ultimately dislike them.
but they still trust the quality behind a predator so they still buy it.
