put the picture into Graphic studio annd then open in WE picture decoder and set pallette to opaque

Help needed! I used to use Adobe photoshop to edit my boots but now I use Photoshop since it's plain and simple better and Adobe seem to hang my system. I can't export my palette in 'graphic studio / WE picture decoder'-supported format. How do you guys do to export paletts to evade these pain in the ass colors which accur if you don't fix the palette!?
