can someone let me know which is the best tool for changing player boots??
1. i used CM13 but it does not allow to change from default boots to specific boots
for eg. i can't change abate's boots from default to the nike legends
2. yes i know about revolution mod tool...but the thing is it edits .lua files...and i dont know how but there are no .lua files in my fifa...there is no fifarna folder at all.
i dont know why but the game runs great...
so please can someone suggest if there's any other editting tool available from which i can change player boots??

Well revolution mod is better than cm13. If you use cm13 to change boots it means you are changing db. Changing db means you wont be able to continue your old career mode saves and go online.
By using rev mod you have to put just a simple statement in the lua file. And you can assign boots.
About that fifarna and lua folders, you have to install rev mod first. Cm13 is best for regenerating with any problem.
If dont want to edit db then avoid using file>save option. Just do your work in cm and close it. If you still have problem use moddingway mod. It is helpful for beginners. And read the manual rev mod thoroughly.
