I really don't care if it's an improvement, or a massive one. The demo felt retarded in comparison to WE/PES.

Today, after an entire year of playing WE:9, in a Final cup match, the cpu's keeper was sent off for the 1st time

thid guy thinks thats new, i remeber back on pes 2 when i used to get the keeper sent off all the time

:)

The point was finding novality in the game even after a year of playing. Not the possibility of the keeper getting sent out or not. It's always been there.

PES Rules over FIFA i was playing PES 2 on my PS2 (excuse to play my PS2 havnt played for long) and PES 2 felt great it was pretty good id say with some little improvements on that it would be better than FIFA 07!!!

Fifa 07 really has improved. It's obvious that they really used alot of elements from WE/PES. Well as they say, keep your friends close, keep your enemy closer. The game is easy to pick up since EA has really followed WE/PES game closely and make Fifa implement stuff, that WE/PES would vividly be familiar with.

I really enjoy the demo. I'll most likely would get the full game.

Then again, that is what I said about Fifa 06 when I tried it last year. But changed my mind when the true colour of the game appears. Being repetitive, predictable. exploits...etc.

But Fifa 07 seems like it's going to be better though. We'll see how it goes.

In my opinion FiFa is better than PES this year. PES had better game play before but the animations and gameplay on FIFA 07 makes you want to play the game more and more.

A lot of the PES fans have prejudged FIFA but have been right. For several years now EA has made minor adjustments and updated rosters. 07 is out of this world. I can't wait to play the xbox 360 version. I'm getting both games in any case but I think Fifa will be more fun to play.

I havent played a fifa game since 2002/3 I think, not even demo, in fact I havent even read the review.

I may end my 4 year amnestey and try reading a review of the game , hell I may even download a demo. By 2009 I should have a full fifa football copy! So things are moving forwards

PES has better ball physics that doesnt make it a better game. Because if Konami are just relying on Gameplay to survive then that is a stupid strategy!

EA are catching up in gameplay so what are they going to do when Fifa surpasses Konami gameplay because they can easily do it if they put there mind to it. The technologies EA is using is amazing. They can do it with no problem. They are getting closer every year. EA is teh bigger company and can easily hire Konami people to work for them no problem.

Konami are getting complacent. PES4 and 5 are great evidence of complacency!

Complacent, yes. Although I still regard PES5 as the best of the series. I've found it near impossible to get back into FIFA, sadly. The dribbling system always seems a bit too touch heavy, although the passing in 07 seems quite decent. Still, it all feels a bit weird.

Konami will have to pull out all the stops in PES7. It'll be their first proper crack at next gen titles and hopefully PES6 will have given the title a good base camp. Despite all that's missing from the first 360 attempt, it's gameplay is getting positive responses, for the time being.

I'll find out on Friday, anyway. I've tried the FIFA 07 demo and the only positive thing I could really admire from it was the Ronaldinho loading screens. Although, even then you could crack in the long-range efforts with ease. Tracking back in 07 seemed downright impossible for me.

PES 6 on XBOX360 is a stop gap. PES6 on PS2 is another rushed stop gap. PES 7 will be the base. And if it isnt then thats there problem. I'm a try PES6 tomorrow. If i feel its not a significant improvement i wont waste my time and money.

Its all well for people to be fan boys but why buy a game if its not up to standard. You going to force yourselves to play PES if there many flaws in the game.

Fifa may not be perfect but i was originally playing that with no problem. I just got frustrated with the scripting thats all.

PES is good but the technique, movement and passing is a joke. And it proberbly is like that because of silly fan boys who claim the game is too easy. IF its too easy on 6 star then people should get out more and find something else to do. That means they spend too much time on it!!!
