It's true, he already gave press conference.

That is a baltant lie mate. That pic is years old.

The stupidity of some people amaze me. We all know what a crock of s.h.it this story is BUT the Mancs have swallowed it whole. Get real FFS.

Sky Sports started it off and every wanky newspaper there is repeated it. In turn the BBC radio stations reported on the story itself and did not confirm whether there was any truth in it.

Tevez has already said that he will not talk to anyone until he gets back to England. He has also stated that he will be very happy to remain at West Ham for next season.

These are statements from the man himself, in person, from his own lips. That is the only time you should believe anything. When you hear it for yourselves. Anything else is just crap and I'm amazed that Man U fans have just filled up 3 pages of their thread, wanking over the idea of Tevez's arrival.

Good if Man Utd can get Tevez. With him and rooney upfront with wingers like ronaldo and rooney, we can play an exciting passing and unpredictable fast running game like arsenal did in the past, except that we now have better players and a better defence. Hargreaves and our defenders are certainly more capable than any defence arsenal ever got.

And all the haters are trying too hard to put Man Utd down. They have too many players? That's a bad thing now? Logical sense tells you that the more options you have, the better off you are as you can pick the guy who's most on form or a player who offers skills that help defeat a certain tactic. For example, Hargreaves will probably play to do all the dirty work but against a team with no attacking creativity or when we are chasing a game, Owen can be sacrificed to put in a more attacking option for us to get a goal we need. The only time having too many players is a bad thing is when they all start to bitch and want a first team place. Nani and anderson wouldn't expect to be an immediate starter in all of united's games being so new and inexperienced. Giggs and Scholes are also grandpas now and there is no way they can keep their steam for a full treble winning season, hence opportunities will arise for the newbies.

The reason why united and chelsea lost the champion's league last season is due to a lack of squad depth to challenge three titles. In the semis against well rested and focused milan and liverpool teams, they have squads decimated by injuries and also heavily fatigued by their prem battle to match up. So it's a smart move this time to get great backups for two of our oldest players as well as one for our strike force consisting of an old man and an injured guy. I foresee anderson and nani to be fleshed out in smaller matches will giggs and scholes will be saved for the important ones. No matter what, they are looking good!

Hahaha, you get real yourself. I already answered this in this topic but since you missed it then: ffs I know it's an old picture, DOH! Guess I could have used some smiley to make it more obvious but whatever.

And why you're getting so worked up over this anyway? Jealous much?
Guess even the thought that Tevez might join us is something you just can't take.

Well FFS man, just read some of this crap. It's laughable mate.

Media inspired hysteria:funny:

This story could well be COMPLETELY fabricated, but it's been going since last night. It's everywhere! Surely the club would have come out and said something.

Why should they?

How long do Chelsea let the media go on about crap regarding Chelsea players before they are forced to put a lid on the lies? Sometimes days.

Thats what the media are trying to do now to Man U. They are forcing the issue because they think that eventually Ferguson will have to say something. He knows better than that. He knows the game they play and he's having none of it. He knows that there can be smoke without fire.

The club will only comment if there is something to comment about. Man U obviously do not want to get pulled into this media circus. Maybe you lot should do what your manager is doing and ignore the whole thing entirely. I bet Fergie is laughing his socks off at the media's antics.

Man we have had this crap for over 3 years non stop. This transfer window we have been linked via the media to 72 players either on their way to Chelsea or leaving Chelsea. We have had the "Is Jose gonna get the sack" crap to the present and ongoing " Lampard to Barca" bulls.h.it.

Its always the same thing. One source fabricates a story and all the rest of the saps repeat it and twist it until it gets such big coverage, that even more saps then begin to believe what they read in those stories. It really is amazing how gullible people can be.

So lets say if we sign Tevez, the deal will be blocked because West Ham didn't keep the money?

Or we keep Tevez and West Ham get relegated, if they have no control over the transfer then their ****ed. It's going to be a messy situation whatever the outcome.

Difference is that all Chelsea's stories spell bad news for the club. While United fans actually want this piece of news to be true!

We have been eyeing a new striker since last season, and our best options were Torres, Huntelaar and Tevez. Now that Torres is out of reach and we are short on budget, Tevez becomes our best option. If this news is true, all man utd fans will rejoice!

As for the news chelsea had been going through, it's be all bad whether they issue a statement about it. So it's best if they shut up about it and let it blow over. For man utd, I'd like to believe they have sorted the deal out and now trying to settle the difficult complications of the west ham case, hence no official statement should be issued to prevent unneccesarily raising the hope of the fans. Of course, newspapers have no qualms releasing news the moment they hear it to make $$.

Not all Man Utd fans would want Tevez. As a member of official United board i can say people dont like Tevez or Torres because of the hype. But hey they might have to live with the fact we are signing Carlito..So deal with it!

The Red Devil
Currently having medical at the Argentina training camp in Venezuela. Two year loan-deal with an option to buy him from MSI, technically the same deal as the dippers got with Mascherano. Clever move by United.

Hargreaves costing £14m upfront (from last years transfer budget), initial fee for Anderson and Nani around £14m, and the loan of Tevez costing £3m, it works out at around £30m spent for this year and even then almost half of that will be recouped from the probable sales of Smith (£5m), Heinze (£5m), Richardson (£3m).

The media would have you believe that United's total summer spending would be upwards of £60m, but in reality it won't even be half of that in terms of net.

On the other hand though, I can see the gimps selling their stake (£275 stake - or 35% of £800m - that wasn't bought using asset strippers) in the next couple of years as this is arguably the most marketable side in the club's history, which means their own stake will rise in value over the next couple of years.

I think Pete was desperate for it to be not true , Manutd now of a hell of a squad and with Chelsea losing their top boys in the African Cup of Nations I think manure will win by an even bigger margin next season.

Oh man, don't let Pete hear you say that. :(
