After Registering Online: "An Error Occured During Verification"

I registered the game online and made sure to copy the reference key correctly but when I enter it online I keep getting the message:"An Error Occured During Verification".

There is a dash "-" between characters but it doesn't matter if I use that or not.

I've read that some people are getting the message that their Reg Code is already registered to someone else but I haven't seen that message.

Anyone else having the same problem?

Does Konami have a support email in the UK? I don't see it in the manual or at the global web site.

Ahh! Nevermind. I thought the Reference Key # provided was the one I had to use for a password but it's the one I created. I thought it was different for PES5 last year. I can get online now.

Yeah. I read about people getting disconnected and I only had time to play one game but had no problems, except getting used to the menu.

I was shocked to see how smooth the game played. I played some guy in Greece (he said he was Greek so I assume he was in Greece LOL) and hardly had any lag at all. But if I recall, the online play wasn't too bad for PES5 either when it first came out...
