Each time i request affiliate club it offers improved connections:

example:

1. QPR = Local Geographic
2: Spanish Team = Step into Europe and Spain
3: Widzaw = Work permit escape

Im hoping later on it goes into new continents etc...i suggest you dont reject proposed teams as you will have to wait to request again and they will give you similar teams.

I can now buy players without Work Permit being rejected...instead they sit in squad til farmed out to warsaw (it says takes 3 years to obtain WP).

One problem is i bought a 15 year old chilean and doesnt give me option to farm out...maybe as cant transfer 2 times in a year??? Hoping it aint as to young as removes whole point of connection!

Players have to be 16 to play senior football mate, thats most likely why you cant loan him out.

Yeah im loving the affiliate clubs in this edition, pretty hard to get good ones but. Im with Leeds, just finished my first season. I was looking for a feeder club and a parent club.
Got Doncaster as a feeder but couldnt get a parent approved by the board was hoping for some good loanees too...a well, the first season back in the big show is gonna be tough

Im pretty much dissapointed about the affiliated clubs, there are way too much already in the game and the clubs make a lot too. Besides I always get crappy sides from even crappier leagues when I request a feederclub.

Yeh you should be able to pick out clubs that you want to be feeder clubs with and have your board enquire

well its not like the clubs have to accept your offer but anyway I guess suggesting clubs is not really the Managers Job it be the football directors job.

What set Cm/Fm apart was the fact that it just concentrated on the management side of the club and not other things going on at a football club. Si did this very well which kept us hooked, I mean who cares how high tickets should be or how much pies cost at the game. Si needs to just keep concentrating on improving the managers side of the game, but i guess there running out of ideas

I have found a huge downfall with the feeder clubs! I bought Mokoena from South Africa, work permit was not rejected as i could loan him out to Widsaw to gain EU passport in 3 years, but he cant play for my team until he gains the EU passport. Trouble is MOKOENA REJECTS LOAN MOVE!!!!! So now he is sat in my squad cant play as has WP next to name and he wont go on loan to gain EU citizen ship!!

Come on SI surely this must of been thought about??

Im only going to use Feeder Clubs now as i heard a rumour eventually you team up with US and Japan teams and make more money for transfers??

Not sure you can have a go at SI or FM for including too many real affliated club schemes, only immitating real life.

Mind you, i think its only a minor feature myself, havent bothered much with it as of now. But still, every little helps.

A lot of the links included arent existant irl. Chelsea doesnt have first option on every PSV player, the only connection between the clubs is Alex and Piet de Visser.

Feyenoord has cancelled their link with Excelsior last year, yet it's in the game.

This are only examples from the Dutch league, and Im sure there are more in other leagues too.
