Adding Injuries To FIFA 14

In FIFA 12 I remember it was possible, editing a table that doesn't exist today in FIFA 14's db, to add an injury to a player, so he would be unavailable for a period of time we could modify. Is there any other way to do that now, or EA removed that option to screw us a little more once again?

Yeah I wish that option were there. It would be very realistic. It's there in FIFA Manager

Yeah, I also found out their are no injuries anymore. :S
Maybe it has something to do with the online game-modus..

Anyway, could you tell me the exact table-name and did FIFA 13 also had injuries removed?
