Added League Make New Career Mode Crash

Hi, i use CM16 and i'm trying to add some created Leagues (like Romanian, or Bulgarian). I created 10 teams for the Romanian and the League tournament too. Then in FIFA I can play a Quick Match with this teams, but when i started a new career mode with any team, the game crashes. Then i remove all the created teams and put in the new league teams in 'Rest of the world' and it worked perfectly to career mode.

I regenerate with FH-BH and with the CM 16.. I dont know how to add created teams and be able to play Career mode.
