in the new 2GA adboard raptor, what does the adboard set number mean?

is this which competition the adboards will appear in? i.e. english premiership.
If so, does anybody know which set number corresponds to which competition. For example, is adboard set 1 the adboards for the EPL?

or is it simply just an id number to limit the number of sets of adboards you can import?

adboards are decided in each team's settings. not leagues.

go to the team propierties in CC or ecp db and set the adboards number for the team you want
