Please can someone help me out. I've been trying to d/l adboard raptor, but socceraccess older d/ls are down, and Filefront doesn't seem to have it anymore.
Is it available anywhere else?

No idea, but you can get the lot there.

I know that they redirect the the file download link to official site.They dont upload files of other FIFA Sites.

Why do you you need adboard raptor? Use HQ Adboards from Bolzer.
