Hello, i created this thread 'cause my brother created a user acount for himself (don marinno) about 2 weeks ago. Anyway, he still can't do anything (post messages, threads, send pm's) so i wanted to know why this is happening

Same with my friends, his username: Shawn (i think), he signed up about 3-6 days ago. I dont remember.
